If for whatever reason you wish to cancel your order with us, you will need to call or email us immediately. We can’t cancel an order that has already shipped. If you are wishing to cancel an order that has already shipped, contact us and explain. It is still possible to cancel the order, but the refund we provide may only be for the product cost, not for the shipping cost and will depend on a case by case basis.

To combat the occasional porch thief and lost packages, we've elected to only send out our product with signature required shipping, so please plan for this. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you've elected to waive the signature required, please let us know in the "Order Notes" before you place your order. By waiving the signature required, you have accepted the liability of safe delivery of your package.

Only USPS postage can be shipped to a PO BOX.
RETURN POLICY: Any possible returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If a return is approved, all shipping charges will be at the buyer's expense, and may be subject to a restocking fee (Up to 20% of item cost). In order for returns to be considered, the seller must be notified immediately, and the item must be returned in original condition (no modifications or damage). Furthermore, any returns must be shipped and in transit to our location within three business days of the original delivery.
