Coping an Extreme Angle

In this video we show how quickly and easy it is to set up the machine for an extreme angle. Using our Deep Cut Bi-Metal Hole Saws becomes a fun and new way to cope and notch tubes. The vise uses changeable inserts to allow you to grab any size tube and keep the center line in line with the hole saw. The roller support that comes with the machine allows the work to be supported while changing the angle. The Machine has X and Y movement too. This movement combine with the Roller Support and support vise allows a full length tube to easily be guided into position for even the most extreme angle for your job or project.

Coping an Out of Plane Angle

Coping in a Bent Tube

In this video we show how easy it is for a bent tube to be clamped in the Main Vise. Then with the indexable X and Y movement handles you can align the tube to be coped within a few thousands in relation to the cutting path of the Deep Cut Bi-Metal Hole Saw. No other tube notcher on the market will enable you to notch a tube in a radius with as much precision and ease. Everything about out Tube Notcher makes it easy for the operator to cope the hardest of notches in any kind of tube geometry.

Production Coping

This video shows the new and unique method the quickly and efficiently notch tubes straight out of a full length tube. We call it the Cope-To-Cope Method. Now you can eliminate your saw from your production steps. While using the Indexable Stop and our Deep Cut Bi-Metal Hole Saw, you can make one cope and notch two tubes. This is a feature that is unique only to our Tubing Notcher. An abrasive belt notcher can not keep up with the speed of production when you implement our method, and there is no mess aside from a few chips. Notching 4 inch Aluminum Tube

In this video we show the basics on a large diameter 4 inch tube. If you need a quick notch in any size tube and want to use a standard holesaw because you have one laying around then here is an example of a stripped down notch. Quick and Easy. Our hole saw adapters make mount of any hole saw an easy process. And our vise inserts make clamping a different tube size from your last set up very quick. Notching Aluminum Square Tube

In this video we show one of the more unique features of the Modular Tubing Notcher System. Clamping and notching a square aluminum tube. The Tubing Notcher comes with Universal Vise Jaws. Any material that has parallel flat surfaces, like a square or hexagon, can now be clamped up in a tubing notcher. You will not find this function on any other machine. All it takes is a simple jaw change in the main vise and you are ready to notch tubes that you never would of thought to use in your design.
