SHIPPING POLICY:
***All Orders Are Shipped With Signature Required*** To combat the occasional porch thief and lost packages, we've elected to only send out our product with signature required shipping, so please plan for this. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you've elected to waive the signature required, please let us know in the "Order Notes" before you place your order. By waiving the signature required, you have accepted the liability of safe delivery of your package. You will receive a shipping notification with your package tracking number, but depending on your email settings, sometimes our emails end up in the spam or junk folders. Please check your spam and junk folders if you haven't received any correspondence from us. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: You will be responsible for duties & taxes billed separately. ***We Cannot Ship to P.O. Boxes*** IF you select FedEx or UPS as your shipping preference. Only USPS postage can be shipped to a PO BOX. Once your order is placed... Items in stock may take up to 7 business days to process with our batch shipping once per week. We appreciate your patience. RETURN POLICY: PLEASE READ & NOTE that there are no official return policies in place, and that any possible returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If a return is approved, all shipping charges will be at the buyer's expense, and may be subject to a restocking fee (Up to 20% of item cost). In order for returns to be considered, the seller must be notified immediately, and the item must be returned in original condition (no modifications). Furthermore, any returns must be shipped and in transit to our location within three business days of the original delivery.
