ORDER PROCESSING POLICY: You will receive an "order confirmation" email notification with your order number from "[email protected]"
but depending on your email settings, these emails may end up in the spam or junk folders. Please check your spam and junk folders if you haven't received any correspondence from us. If you have questions or concerns about the order you have placed, you can call or email us. Please have your order number ready if you contact us with any questions regarding your order. Do to heavy demand at this time our processing time can take up to 1 to 2 weeks. We appreciate your patience. If for whatever reason you wish to cancel your order with us, you will need to call or email us immediately. Any CANCELATION of a order will have a 5% transaction fee. We can’t cancel an order that has already shipped. If you are wishing to cancel an order that has already shipped, contact us and explain. It is still possible to cancel the order, but the refund we provide may only be for the product cost, not for the shipping cost and will depend on a case by case basis. ORDER CANCELATION POLICY:(Custom Items) If for whatever reason you wish to cancel your order with us, you will need to call or email us immediately. A cancelation fee of 30% may be applied to any refund for canceled orders. |
SHIPPING POLICY:
***All Orders Are Shipped With Signature Required*** To combat the occasional porch thief and lost packages, we've elected to only send out our product with signature required shipping, so please plan for this. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you've elected to waive the signature required, please let us know in the "Order Notes" before you place your order. By waiving the signature required, you have accepted the liability of safe delivery of your package. You will receive a shipping notification with your package tracking number, but depending on your email settings, sometimes our emails end up in the spam or junk folders. Please check your spam and junk folders if you haven't received any correspondence from us. Only USPS postage can be shipped to a PO BOX. RETURN POLICY: Any possible returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If a return is approved, all shipping charges will be at the buyer's expense, and may be subject to a restocking fee (Up to 20% of item cost). In order for returns to be considered, the seller must be notified immediately, and the item must be returned in original condition (no modifications or damage). Furthermore, any returns must be shipped and in transit to our location within three business days of the original delivery.
